Mahmut Magemizoğlu was born in Antakya, in 1959. He holds a degree in Management from the Middle East Technical University and a Master’s Degree in Investment Analysis from the University of Stirling in England. He started his career in 1982, at the Board of Inspectors of İşbank, served in different positions at the Bank. He has been appointed as Assistant General Manager on 18.05.2005.
He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Milli Reasürans T.A.Ş. since 25 March 2009 and is elected as Chairman on 29 April 2011.

the Board of Directors: Cahit NOMER
Cahit Nomer is a graduate of İstanbul
University (Faculty of Law) and has also pursued professional
studies in Switzerland and the UK. He began his career
at Millî Re, serving in various capacities at the company.
In 1994- 1996 he served as a member of CEA (Comité Européen
des Assurances) Presidential Council and between 1981
and 2005 he served as Vice Chairman and then Chairman
of the Association of the Insurance and Reinsurance Companies
of Turkey for nearly a quarter of a century altogether.
Cahit Nomer has served as the Director and General
Manager of the company until 16 January 2009. He has been
entitled as the Executive Vice Chairman with the authority
and the responsibility to supervise and conduct "Reinsurance
Operations" of the Company effective thereon.

Nail GÜRMAN
Nail Gürman graduated
from the Faculty of Law, Ankara University and currently
works as an independent lawyer providing legal counsel
to many prominent companies and financial institutions.
He has been a member of CHP since 1965, also serving as
the Secretary General of the Turkish Law Institute for
seven years. He is considered as the first attorney to
enforce a distraint order to a bank in Turkish Republic
History.: He was elected to a seat on İşbank's board of
directors twice: the first time in 2003 and the second
in 2005. He has been a member of the Board of Directors
of Milli Reasürans T.A.Ş. since 30 April 2008.

Director: İsmet
Atalay
İsmet Atalay was born in 1937, in Göle. He is a graduate of Istanbul University, Faculty of Law. He started his career as an independent lawyer in Kars. He had been CHP’s Kars Provincial Chairman for 10 years and served the Turkish National Assembly in 1977, 1995 and 2002 as a member of parliament. He worked in several positions within the CHP. Atalay had been a member of the Board of Directors of İşbank between 2008-2010 and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Milli Reasürans T.A.Ş. since 29 April 2011.

Hülya Altay
Hülya Altay was born in Çanakkale, in 1958. She holds a degree from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences. She started her career in 1982 in the Institute for Economic Research of İşbank as economic specialist assistant, served in different positions at the Bank and had been Assistant General Manager between 2004-2010. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Milli Reasürans T.A.Ş. since 29 April 2011.

Emre DURANLI
Emre Duranlı is a graduate of Hacettepe University (Faculty
of Economics and Administrative Sciences) from the Department
of Management (English). He has started his career as
assistant inspector in Inspection Committee at Türkiye
İş Bankası. He has been working as Assistant Manager in
Participations Management, He is also a member of Board
of Directors in Anadolu Anonim Türk Sigorta and is responsible
for Internal Auditing and Risk Management, also as a member
of Board of Directors in Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik and is
responsible for Risk Management. He has been working in
Avea as auditor and also in Milli Reasürans T.A.Ş. since
19 March 2007.

Erdal Akgül is a graduate of Ankara University (Faculty
of Political Sciences) from the Department of Finance
in 1995. In the same year, he started his career as assistant
inspector at the Board of Inspectors of İşbank. He was
appointed to Commercial Credits Allocation Department
as Assistant Manager in 2004. He has promoted to Unit
Manager in the same department in 2008 and has been auditor
since 26 March 2010.

Born in 1975 in Kırıkkale, Zeki Davut graduated from Bilkent University, Faculty of Business Administration. Having completed Master’s Degree in International Business from University Of San Diego (USA) in 1999, Zeki Davut started his career at İşbank as an Assistant Inspector at the Board of Inspectors. He later became an Inspector and was appointed as Assistant Manager to Subsidiaries Division in 2008.
